## MIT Medical

MIT的醫療中心MIT Medical在Kendall Square附近（Building E23），24小時均可去看診，但時常要等許久，[建議要先預約](https://medical.mit.edu/make-appointment)，或者搭地鐵至Massachusetts General Hospital。

在Medical center看病(Urgent care)不收費，但是醫生開的藥必須自己購買付費。藥品可在CVS、Walgreen、Target、MIT Medical center的藥局購買。

## 心理健康

使用MIT校內學生保險 (SHIP)的一大優勢就是能利用校內豐富的醫療資源，如果需要心理諮詢或精神科藥物，可以參考[Student Mental Health & Counseling Service](https://medical.mit.edu/services/mental-health-counseling)

以下提供第一次預約心理診療的流程：

1. 第一次諮詢或預約服務，請至此[線上表單](https://www.clockwisemd.com/hospitals/8188/visits/new)預約，會有護士打電話跟你聊聊，確認你需要怎樣的協助，並幫你預約保險網路內的醫師（通常會問要不要指定性別跟溝通語言）。
2. 信箱跟手機簡訊會收到MIT Medical的預約確認信，記得回覆確認時間跟地點（通常是E23三樓）。
3. 進行第一次Intake(無論是Therapist/Psychiatrist)之前，在MIT Medical櫃檯報到的時候都會有一些量表問卷要填(或是有的醫師會提前Email你，讓你在家先填完)，記得預留提早30分鐘去報到。

## 牙醫

這邊看牙如果有學校的Dental plan（一年$545），會比較便宜，簡單補牙的話，大約是$40左右（我是去這家[台灣人開的牙醫](https://goo.gl/maps/g1E9zizKn2huPCDh7)），但每年的牙醫保險有自付額，所以第一次使用的話要多付$50，之後就不用了。

如果沒有保險，補牙一次要兩百多，第一次洗牙要$400（因為強制照 X 光 ）風險就看個人選擇，如果牙齒有意外還是有保險比較安心。

## 眼鏡

在美國配眼鏡及買隱形眼鏡都需要處方籤，建議先在台灣做檢查領取處方籤，或至MIT Medical做免費的Routine Eye Exam。做完基本檢查之後會得到一張處方籤，就可以去實體或網路通路購買眼鏡或隱眼。或是直接在MIT medical center做fitting，要價$70-$100。

美國配鏡透過網路購買較為便宜，若有散光需求的隱形眼鏡，可搜尋astigmatism contact lenses，試過在ContactsDirect購買散光影眼，流程還滿直接快速的。

Galleria裡有一兩家還不錯的眼鏡行。連鎖店有www\.lenscrafters.com。
